Why I built this

I spent years building and running a company — from just me to more than 70 employees — before selling the business in 2025. Every single quarter, no matter how much the leadership team prepared, we ran into the same problem: getting everyone, from the top of the org down to each individual employee, aligned around a clear, well-written quarterly priority. It should have been simple. It never was.

Writing a genuinely SMART priority — specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound — takes real practice. Most people don't do it every day, and most managers don't either. So every quarter, we lost real time right out of the gate: priorities that were too vague to act on, goals with no clear way to measure success, plans that quietly stalled because nobody had actually mapped out the steps. By the time everyone's priority was genuinely usable, weeks of the quarter were already gone.

The obvious fix was coaching — sitting down with each person and walking them through it. But that doesn't scale. With 70+ people and a leadership team that was already stretched thin running the business, there was never enough time to give everyone that kind of one-on-one attention every single quarter. Some people got great coaching. Most didn't get enough of it. And the company paid for that gap every quarter, in lost time and diluted focus.
