These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SMARTpriority.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
SMARTpriority.ai helps individuals and teams turn a plain-language goal into a SMART priority statement and a dated action plan, with optional manager review and approval workflows.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our Pricing page. Adding seats beyond an organization's included seat count results in a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account > Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, disrupting the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMARTpriority.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
